Recently Council (GSEM) realigned their staff to focus more on membership recruitment and retention
as part of the Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI). North Reading’s new Volunteer Support Specialist is
Kim Lambert-Serna. Families and all volunteers can reach their Customer
Care Team for any inquiry, question or feedback by calling 844-306-GSEM (4736),
emailing: customercare@gesma.org or using the Contact Us page on
their website. Additionally, Rosa Maldonado will now be the (external)
Recruitment Specialist recruiting new members in our service unit and working
directly with the service unit to ensure that new troop girls and volunteers are
placed in the right opportunity for them and our (internal) Recruitment Specialist will be Molly Nagel.
So many great changes are coming
this year to make registering girls easier for leaders, volunteers, and
families!
